1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 188php Casino ("188php," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 188php website located at https://188php.app, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 188php, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

188php reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 188php's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 188php Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 188php account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188php login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 188php account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Notify 188php support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

188php will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. 188php may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 188php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players include:

188php does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 188php reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

188php is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening in accordance with Philippine law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

188php offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all 188php promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Registering more than one account on the 188php Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 188php account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 188php staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain without immediately reporting it to 188php support.

188php employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected prohibited conduct.

8. Responsible Gaming

188php is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history due to technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features.

188php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 188php account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 188php makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

188php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

188php implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 188php cannot guarantee absolute data security.

188php will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12. Suspension & Termination

188php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 188php policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in 188php's dormant account policy.

Upon account termination for cause, 188php reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 188php account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and 188php that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

188php operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 188php's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments

188php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 188php will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://188php.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the 188php Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

188php encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.
